I live in Sioux Falls with my husband and two daughters. I enjoy spending time with family, cooking, and outdoor activities.
I grew up on a family farm in rural South Dakota, a middle kid among 8 children. I attended college at South Dakota State University in Brookings and then received my Masters of Social Work from Colorado State University. After living and working in Colorado for a few years my husband and I decided to move back to Sioux Falls to be closer to our family.
After spending 8 years developing my clinical skills by working closely with psychiatrists and other therapists at the Avera Behavioral Health Center I decided to start my own counseling practice.
